We will develop a robust roadmap to transform Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. These Q2C processes are prepared to integrate with Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) tools like Tacton or Configit, ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamic Enterprise Resource Process (ERP) systems, and CRM systems, like SalesForce or SAP CRM system. The following criteria to be considered:
Phase 1. Define business objectives
Phase 2. Detailed data and process mapping of As-Is. Establish a first view of To-Be
Phase 3. Establish ability-to-statements for each process. Align to-be processes
Phase 4. Develop the data mapping for the future state. Define an integration roadmap
Phase 5. Define scope of work for needed system integration
